FIRST TEST OF VIKINGS - VIKINGS, SAXONS AND NORMANS (III)

This year we still have to arrange our projects and it may have to reduce the rhythm of our posts to can do all the things we intend to do during the year. Believe it or not, the blog gives some hard work. Each entry supposed to think about it, to imagine the figures, to find the parts and getting them, to test and assemble them, to take the pictures, to think and write the entry, to edit and translate it and finally to publish it. All this is only possible because we always have several open projects at the same time, more than we can cover, and so we move forward. We also have the problem of wanting to raise the bar a bit with each entry.

With the Viking theme, we have more ideas than ability to execute. Our imagination goes beyond the pieces and the time we can spend. When we did some research a while to give "another twist" but we need three things: time, parts and ideas. And we not always have all of them.

All this stuff comes as an introduction to some test pictures we want to introduce to you about the Viking theme and, although they can not be considered definitive, They are part of the line on which we are working. Some figures have appeared in some previous posts, but we have not dedicate them the time they need.

After reading something about it, we want to emphasize the dual aspect of the Viking character: half warrior, half merchant, far from the stereotype that has endured, of which we deny not, and thanks to him we are here today writing about.

As we advance at the beginning of the post it is a test shot, on which we want to deepen later. We hope you like and do not hesitate to send us any suggestions they would be welcome.
